Amazon Rainforest fires

We have been doing lots of information gathering about the fires burning in the amazon Rainforests. Once we gathered the information we learnt how to create a piece of opinion writing. It was really good to be able to explain how I felt.

Render forest

We have been learning how to create animations using Render forest. I really enjoyed being able to choose my slides. We are going to learn how to use different parts of Render forest. Watch this space!

Switchzoo

We have been doing descriptive writing using lots of adjectives. 

 My animal is a owl, raccoon, cheetah and gorilla.

3D shapes

In Pangarau we have been learning about 3D shapes and how to make them.. We used Blu Tack  and toothpicks to create our shapes. I made a pyramid and a cube

Geo boards

Geo boards are awesome fun!

We have been looking at geometry this erm and learning all about angles and shapes.
We have been using geo boards to practise our learning. Take a look at my screencastify to

Rotarota

Rotarota  Time to create some imagery... For our writing this term we are learning how to create poems / rotarota or creative paragraphs. We get a new hook each day. Here are some of my pieces of writing. We are especially focusing on imagery and using our senses.
