hello today in hur 5 we had to blog about Fitness and here is what i did
I am happy with my Resting Heart Rate test result because i have improved in the Resting Heart Rate test Not so happy with nothing
thoughts around your fitness that i have to try harder.
I would like to get better at Vertical jump 30m sprint
